Your games, together
Work across leagues or assignors? Add assignments manually or import authorized CSV and calendar exports into one referee schedule. Review the details before saving.
Built for officials. Your time comes first.
Keep the assigning platforms you use. Bring your games into one personal workspace and see what each assignment is worth after modeled expenses and the time you commit.
Pilot calculations are estimates, not tax advice or a guarantee of assignments or income.
Compare the commitment behind the paycheck.
| Your inputs | Game A | Game B |
|---|---|---|
| Game fee | $100 | $80 |
| Modeled expenses | $20 | $8 |
| Estimated net before tax | $80 | $72 |
| Total committed time | 4 hours | 2 hours |
| Estimated effective rate | $20/hr | $36/hr |
(Fees − modeled expenses) ÷ committed hours. In this example, Game B pays less per game but more per hour. Your inputs determine your result; this is not an automatic recommendation.
What makes RefRoute different
Assigning platforms organize games and crews. RefRoute adds your perspective: what those games mean for your schedule, expenses, and time. Use it alongside your existing assigning process.

A $100 game is not always the better use of your afternoon. See estimated expenses, net before tax, and effective hourly value alongside the listed fee.
Your approximate start area, cost preferences, and personal economics stay in your workspace. They are not shared with assignors. You decide what fits your time.
Your referee workspace
Your schedule is more than kickoff times. Open an assignment to see its fee, estimated expenses, committed time, and hourly value together. Review your profile assumptions as your season changes.

How it works
Add an assignment or upload a CSV or nonrecurring calendar file. Check imported rows before adding them to your schedule.
Include modeled travel, arrival, officiating, and postgame time, plus mileage costs and tolls. Current travel estimates use standard assumptions, not live maps or traffic.
Read each assignment’s economics before committing more of your time. A higher hourly estimate is one input; experience, relationships, and enjoyment matter too.
Live directions and direct platform sync are not connected.

FAQ
No. Keep accepting and confirming games through your current process. RefRoute is your personal planning layer; you can add games manually or bring in authorized exports.
The fee is what the game pays. Estimated effective hourly value subtracts modeled expenses and divides by total committed hours, including travel, arrival, officiating, and postgame time.
Yes. The optimizer compares combinations of your saved games for a day, weekend, or week after you review travel estimates. Accepted games stay fixed by default. Search limits and unresolved constraints are disclosed; live directions and direct platform sync are not connected.
